Description:
Hipster PDAs or Hpdas, are the antithesis of an electronic Personal Digital Assistant. They are resolutely analogue, and in many ways easier to use and more flexible than their electronic counterparts.

The cards can be unclipped, shuffled, and reshuffled as desired. Hpdas are wireless, and do not require batteries, yet arguably have around 80% of the internet capacity you could expect from a similar device. One card in each Hpda is printed to resemble a computer desktop, with a "loading" mouse pointer hovering over a Firefox logo. The reverse of the card is printed with a random lolcat image.

Each Hpda is made up of approximately 25 ruled white index cards, three ruled yellow index cards (to act as separators, or "bookmarks"), and one internet/lolcat card.

Rachel is a founding member of the Oblong Craft Collective, which focuses on producing high quality craft.
