Toggle represents designers all across New Zealand. Products are packed and distributed by the Designer. Upon completing your order the details are passed directly to the designer who ships the item direct to yourself. Products are packed to our exacting standards.
Please be aware that if you order products from different designers that they will arrive as seperate packages, although the store will allow you checkout in one grouped order.
Within New Zealand
Shipping within New Zealand is included in the price of all products*. In general, shipping takes 3-5 business days and will be performed with standard New Zealand Post. This is not a guaranteed service, but we make every effort to have your products with you in good time. If you have ordered a bespoke or made-to-order item, then we will keep you informed of the prospective delivery timeframes. Please note that with free shipping items are not insured and are shipped at the purchasers risk; we make every effort to ensure that items are packed to avoid breakages, bu can not be held responsible for breakages by New Zealand Post if the parcel is handled neglectfully.
If you wish to have your item couriered at additional expense please contact us and we will co-ordinate this for you.
* Excludes 'Honey & Spice' products/soaps, which are a flat $4.00 per order (unlimited items), and 'Living Nature' cosmetics which are a flat $7.50 per order (unlimited items).

Couriered Delivery Addresses
If requesting a courier service (upgrade), note they do not deliver to private Bag or PO Boxes addresses. Buyer is to provide only a non PO box & non Private Bag delivery address. Buyer is encouraged to provide a contact number for courier to contact them on in case of any queries or problems.
It is imperative that during the order process buyer enters the correct delivery address. If there is any buyer error in the address specified, redelivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to promptly advise Moobaa Limited if an order is not delivered when expected. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred in tracking an order.
